Arrived on site replace a failed #60 Expansion Tank and to replace the relief valve on the boiler. We started by isolating the boiler as much as possible and then drained it of water so we could remove the expansion tank and relief valve. Once drained, we removed old tank and valve and replaced them with a new ex-60 pro expansion tank and a watts 30lb relief valve rated for boilers. We then refilled boiler and purged the air before opening up the zones. Test fired boiler to verify proper operation. System is operating properly at this time.
